CEO & Founder of FIBC

 

Josian Aurokium is the CEO and Founder of the France–India Business Council. An entrepreneur and strategist in international economic relations, he specialises in structuring business platforms, developing institutional partnerships, and connecting public and private decision-makers in bilateral contexts.

 

His career has been built around the creation and leadership of economic ecosystems, with sustained exposure to French, European, and international institutional frameworks. He brings significant experience in coordinating international-scale projects, grounded in continuous, direct engagement with economic, institutional, and financial stakeholders.

 

Role and Responsibilities

 

As CEO & Founder, Josian Aurokium provides the strategic vision, structuring, and operational development of the platform. He oversees its overall coherence, with the objective of creating a credible, clear, and sustainable framework serving France–India economic relations.

 

His responsibilities include in particular:

 

  • defining strategic orientations,

  • structuring governance and partnership frameworks,

  • developing relationships with companies, institutions, and sectoral ecosystems,

  • coordinating programmes, forums, and initiatives,

  • representing FIBC with partners in France and internationally.

 

Approach

 

His action is based on a pragmatic and structured approach aimed at:

 

  • creating clear and operational cooperation frameworks,

  • fostering high-quality exchanges between decision-makers,

  • transforming strategic dialogue into concrete projects,

  • embedding initiatives within a logic of continuity and long-term impact.

 

This approach operates in close complementarity with the institutional expertise of Dr Mohan Kaul and the programme structuring led by Colin Davie.
